Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Also contained in this recent image drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling distinct parts of the estate.

Accompanying this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight process.
